Born in Fort Lauderdale and raised in Ocala, Florida, Adam Marrs has been immersed in the construction world since his high school days. He got his start in the masonry trade, learning the ropes on the job before moving up to a superintendent role with a custom home builder in Ocala. That hands-on experience gave him a deep understanding of project management and how to work effectively with a diverse team of tradespeople.

Driven by a passion for quality craftsmanship and reliable service, Adam went on to establish Ocala Stone, where he specializes in synthetic stone, stucco, and paver installations. His entrepreneurial spirit didn’t stop there—he also founded Grand Scale Construction and Sunstate Pavers. Each of these ventures reflects his commitment to excellence and innovative solutions, whether it’s a custom home project or a sprawling country club golf course.

When he’s not busy on the job, Adam loves spending time with his family. He enjoys hosting backyard barbecues on the weekends, cherishing moments with his daughter, or unwinding on the sandy shores of Madeira Beach. These personal experiences not only bring him joy but also inspire his work every day.
